Position: Business Developer (Remote)
What You’ll Do:
As a Business Developer at Bankii, you’ll play a critical role in driving our mission forward. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying Opportunities: Seek and identify new customers, partnerships, and market trends to expand Bankii’s reach and influence.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with businesses, organizations, and clients, ensuring alignment with Bankii’s goals.
- Product Advocacy: Educate potential users and partners about Bankii’s web and mobile apps, emphasizing our unique value propositions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth targets and market penetration in your region.
- Market Insights: Conduct research to understand financial trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to the Bankii team.
- Reporting: Regularly report on key performance metrics, client feedback, and challenges to inform Bankii’s strategy.
Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have 2+ years of business development or customer relationship experience, preferably in fintech or related industries.
- Are self-starters with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a robust network within Nigeria, Ghana, or Kenya’s financial or entrepreneurial communities.
- Possess basic knowledge of crypto or blockchain
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Are passionate about innovation and transforming the financial landscape in Africa.
